1. Acceptance of Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using the BudgieBreedingTracker application ("App"), you agree to this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App and remove it from your device.
2. License Grant
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use this App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. This license is subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Subscription Terms
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans and a one-time purchase option:
- Premium (6 months): Auto-renews every 6 months.
- Premium Pro (yearly): Auto-renews annually. Includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Previously purchased legacy plans (monthly or lifetime) remain valid for their term.
Payment: It is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renovation: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trial: Your free trial period will expire unused when you purchase a subscription.
Management and Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription after purchase via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
4. Usage Rules
By using the App, you agree to the following rules:
- Use the app for lawful purposes only
- Respecting the rights of other users
- Not posting profanity, hate speech or inappropriate content on community features
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the application
- Not attempting to bypass the application's security measures
- Not uploading spam, malware or harmful content
5. Intellectual Property
The App and all its content (design, code, graphics, icons, text) are protected by copyright. User-generated content (bird records, photos, etc.) remains the property of the user. The App grants you a limited license to store and process this content.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the App. In particular, genetics calculations are for informational purposes only and do not replace professional breeding advice. We do not guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or error.
7. Account Termination and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile > Delete Account). When your account is deleted, all your personal data, bird records, photos, and backups will be permanently removed within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account. If you violate these terms, your account may be suspended or terminated without notice.

The App uses the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and data synchronization
- RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management
- Sentry: Error reporting and performance monitoring
- Google AdMob: Ad display (in free version)
These services have their own privacy policies and terms of use.
9. Changes
We may update these terms of use from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify you via in-app notification or email. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
Marketplace Rules
Sellers and buyers using the Marketplace must comply with the following rules:
- Seller obligations: Sharing real bird images, providing accurate species/mutation/age information, clearly stating the claimed price/additional fees.
- Buyer obligations: Respectful communication, compliance with agreed payment and delivery terms.
- Prohibited contents: Declaration of endangered or illegal species; fake ads; deceptive pricing.
- Dispute resolution: BudgieBreedingTracker is not a party; Disputes are the responsibility of the parties. App moderators only review platform rule violations.
Messaging and Moderation
In private messaging and community posts:
- Spam, harassment, threats and hate speech are prohibited.
- Reported contents are reviewed within 48 hours; If there is a violation, the content is removed and the account is warned.
- Repeat violations will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.
- Objection process: appeals@budgiebreedingtracker.online.
